BRAVO Bootcamp - 210409

Step outside your comfort zone. Push yourself past the same old dull routine and watch yourself accomplish things you never thought possible. Each workout is designed to challenge all fitness levels with a mix of strength and cardiovascular exercises. Workouts consist of push ups, sit ups, pull ups, squats, running or walking and a variety of exercises to increase endurance, power and strength while having fun. Winter sessions are held inside PSS&WC with spring, summer and fall sessions held outside. This is a positive, encouraging, team environment where everyone works together and no one is left behind. PSS&WC members receive a significant discount with the program cost being only $35/month
