    223013 - Yoga

    Learn to manage stress through the art of relaxation. Hatha Yoga teaches you how to relax using various postures and breathing exercises that increase the body's strength, flexibility and tone. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a towel or mat. This class will be held at the South Barrington Park District, off of Barrington Rd. at 3 Tennis Club Lane. You must complete Level I before enrolling in a Level II class.

    234015 - Total Fitness Workout

    Get fit, be healthy, lose weight and feel great. You can do it all in this dynamic cardiovascular workout that combines the energy of high-/low-impact aerobics, the intensity of interval training and the fat-burning benefits of step aerobics. Variety and creativity make this class challenging and fun, and the exercises and steps can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Classes also include a muscle madness session where participants increase muscle strength and endurance using a variety of resistance exercises. Stretching is done to improve flexibility. Tubing, rubber bands and steps are provided. Please bring weights (3-8 lbs.) Pay at the door, $7.50 per class once the class minimum of 6 has been met.
