Climbing is a great way to get lean and increase your cardiovascular endurance level. Come and learn the basics of rock climbing and get fit doing it! In this class you will also learn proper belaying techniques, safety guidelines that will qualify you to climb independently or to belay others. Must be able to demonstrate all techniques and pass the instructor's criteria to become certified. Certification will be vaild for Prairie Stone Climbing Wall only and will expire one year from the end of the class.

You can do it all in this dynamic cardiovascular workout that combines the energy of high-/low-impact aerobics, the intensity of interval training and the fat-burning benefits of step aerobics. Variety and creativity make this class challenging and fun, and the exercises and steps can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Stretching is done to improve flexibility. Tubing, rubber bands and steps are provided. Please bring weights (3-8 lbs.)
